Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory

I had hard time communicating with staff to order vegetarian options. They were all confused as there are no items on board which are vegetarian. Staff was polite and helpful. The quality of food was strictly ok. The quantity was good. The best part is free variety of salsa. The fountain drink is like all water and no soda. The worse part is restroom. It was all clogged up and stinky. It requires some health and cleaning process. Plenty of improvements needed for this establishment.

I was having a huge hankering for Mexican food and this place, hands down, satisfies! I know it’s a chain restaurant, but the food is always so good, and relatively inexpensive. Try to go on a Tuesday for their “taco Tuesday special”. If not, they have tons on the menu to choose from any day of the week. Tacos, enchiladas, etc. The salsa bar is the absolute best because you can pick how much salsa you want and what type (spicy, mild, etc). They have fresh toppings for your food and you can even take a little home for leftovers. But who’s having leftovers? It’s really so good. The service is very nice at this location and restaurant itself is clean and has a ton of seating which is really cute. I will absolutely be back, even for a chain this place has super yummy Mexican food!

Have only gotten take out / drive thru from here, but it's always very good and extremely fast service. We always get the bowls, which are a great value. Can't go wrong with the food, it's consistently good. The location also makes it easy to get in and out. Service is fine for drive thru, always pleasant enough. Can't say anything about table service since I've always done drive thru.
