Indian Creek Smokehouse is truly next-level Texas BBQ. The burnt ends alone are worth the drive, unbelievably tender, perfectly caramelized, and full of rich smoky flavor. But the real showstopper for us was the whole brisket we he cooked form us. It was phenomenal… incredibly moist, perfectly rendered, and seasoned just right. You can tell the pitmaster knows exactly what he’s doing from start to finish. The quality and attention to detail here easily put this place at the top of my BBQ list. If you’re looking for expertly crafted Texas barbecue, especially burnt ends or brisket….Indian Creek Smokehouse is a must-try. Absolutely deserves all five stars!

Great food truck bbq at hilltop food truck park in Northlake. Had the wet brisket plate & side order of dry rub ribs. Excellent! Also, great bbq sauce- Mac & cheese was very good. Would have given a5 stars but didn’t like the Cole slaw. Young man who took my order was very friendly! I will be back. Highly recommend!

2nd stop to eat in week. Brisket is amazing and tender, the bark is soooo good. I got the sausage today, it's spicy with jalapenos and cheese, and smoked just right. The BBQ sauce is really good too. It's a food truck place and you eat at a picnic table. So when it gets Texas hot, you might melt, but get it to go! Todd the owner sat down with us and talked for a few and signed the cap we got last time. He's a great guy. This is a place you need to try!

Best Texas BBQ I have ever had. I will drive 2 hours for this BBQ! The burnt ends are mouth watering and incredible! The ribs are fall off the bone sweet and amazing! The brisket sandwich is on point and is perfection!!!! These guys know bbq! Finally found my favorite Texas BBQ!!!! Thanks brother!
