Best quesadilla I’ve ever had! Kitchen was very clean, staff was very polite and friendly as well. If you’re in the area, you’ve GOT to give them a try. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!

OMG!! I get so happy everytime I see Baja parked at Truckyard. Their quesadillas have been absolutely amazing! The Thunder Thigh is a personal favorite, cheese encrusted outside for extra deliciousness. Don’t forget to order extra sauce because it’s ADDICTING!

I just had to share my awesome experience at Baja Quesadilla! Brian, the owner, is super passionate about his food, and you can really taste it. I tried the Thunder Thigh Quesadilla, and wow—it was phenomenal! So crispy on the outside and packed with delicious, juicy goodness on the inside. Seriously, you’ve got to try it! Shannon was also amazing; she helped me pick out my order and was so friendly. The whole vibe of the place is just great. If you’re in the area, definitely swing by Baja Quesadilla. One of the best quesadilla I've ever had. Jack is an amazing guy; solid dude. Chicken was so tender and full of flavor even my picky kid wanted more! The grilled/toasted cheese under the quesadilla is a game changer; it gives extra firmness to it. 10/10 would recommend and will be my first stop when I'm back!
