Been to this location many times. NEVER had anything but a wonderful experience. Food has always been right, bill is right, staff is friendly and helpful. Went in today with my father-in-law, son and friend. Emerald was our server. 100% rockstar. Everything was spot on. I knocked over my drink, had additional napkins and a towel over to the table immediately. Couldn't have asked for a better person to take care of us. Went as far as to tell the manager before leaving that I was beyond impressed with the service and value I paid for. Like visiting this location more than the ones closer to our home. Feels more like "home" here.

We had basketball tournament and in between games we went here for dinner and a few drinks. Our waitress was the worst we've had in a long time. No greetings just asked is what we wanted to drink. While taking our order she decided it was a good time to check her text message on her watch and lead to almost every order being messed up. Manager was talked to upon leaving and already had noticed our waitresses issues and supplied us with gift cards to come back. Food was good service was just horrible.

I ordered the baked potato skins and the Nashville hot 10-piece wings. The wings were excellent—crispy with solid heat—and the potato skins came in a generous portion. The wait to be seated wasn’t bad at all, but the food did take a little while to come out. Once it was ready, it sat on the counter for a bit before my server, Brooke, brought it over. She was mostly attentive otherwise. One small issue: when I went to the restroom, the trash bins were missing, so I had nowhere to throw away paper towels. Not a deal-breaker, but worth noting. Overall, a good experience with tasty food. I'd come back again.

It has been some time since we were out to eat. My wife and I rarely get the opportunity to go out in the afternoon. We decided let’s do Rooster’s. There was hardly anyone in the parking lot and I thought this is gonna be great. Choice of seats, quick service, and good food. The first two were correct but a cook decided to deny me of the trifecta of having good food(the most important part). I was ready to eat. I got wings, wedges, and extra blue cheese(not cheap). Wings come out and they looked very wet. This is normally a good sign. Unfortunately, this was due to just an absolute drenching in oil. Completely ruined the meal and the experience. Normally everything is pretty good but not today. Whatever cook decided my food did not matter got their point across. Everything was left on the
