Room 94 Taps & Bourbon

First time for my husband and myself. The people we were with had recommended it. Our server appeared to be fairly new so I will give her some grace, however the salad that I ordered finally arrived after the entree and it was incorrect and just plopped down by someone other than the server. I rejected it and no one ever came back to address it. When our server finally came to check on us I told her to cancel my salad. She replied with a sorry but that she didn't even know what salad I wanted. It was clearly discussed at ordering that we intended to split the house salad and she assured me it was more than ample to share. Server seemed very nervous and overwhelmed and thanked us for our patience and that she wasn't prepared for how busy it was. IT WAS NOT BUSY. The prime rib dinners that

So, it's middle of the mark. We thought we would try it out one night. It was a bit later in the evening, around 9pm and they were open until 11. We asked the hostess if we could get food while playing in the game area. She said absolutely, she would have someone over shortly. Mind you, the place was empty. A couple of tables in the main area and a few people in the gaming area. We sat at a table & looked at the menus and waited to be greeted... and waited... and waited... and waited. No one ever came. All of the staff had congregated at the bar area, directly behind us, including the hostess that seated us. We kept looking around, waiting for any kind of acknowledgement. None ever came. Teagan gave us wonderful service, made sure we had everything we needed. He is a ray of sunshine and very good at his job! The world needs more Teagan’s! Food was very good too!

Good big ol salad with fresh veggies. Good fries. Food was just lukewarm warm when it came out but was pretty good. Teagan was an excellent waiter and very friendly!

Our server Teagan made our visit extra special. Our food was really good. We tried the coneys. Hit the spot. I We would recommend and appreciate the great service from Teagan.
