I love Rookie’s. Their personal cookie skillet is delicious and you get to choose the ice cream that goes on top. One thing that I love is that their flavors do change — what seems to be weekly so you are not stuck getting the same thing(s). Be advised there is not a lot of seating inside due to this being a smaller ice cream / cookie shop, however the sweet treats are still amazing.

Fresh baked cookies & handmade ice cream! I got Graham Cracker cookies & smores ice cream. Perfect combo. The boys got double chocolate cookies & vanilla ice cream. We had a great time sharing a delicious treat. Staff was very helpful and friendly. 10/10 will go again!

I like how many flavor choices they have and that it changes seasonally. Service was immediate and staff was friendly. They use locally sourced ingredients, too! I got the a peanut butter chocolate cookie + banana pudding ice cream half-sandwich for $3. Scoop was huge, well worth the price.

Nice little place for my two favorite deserts. They were very friendly. Unfortunately for us the sold out of the skillets, but we still thoroughly enjoyed the ice cream sandwiches. Will definitely be stopping here again if we are in the area.
