Romero Baking Co.

We drove past & went around the block thinking we missed it! Walked to this super cute little bakery in a think cute library case! I had the chocolate chip & it was delicious! My husband had the sugar cookie which was delicious & decorated so flippin cute! After reading reviews, I know want the turtle brownie!

I found Romero Baking Co on Google and arrived at 9pm. When I arrived, I saw baked goods in a wooden box near the sidewalk just in front of a house. I thought the house was the bakery so I walked up to the door and a gentleman greeted me and informed me the bakery is actually the wooden box. I was somewhat surprised because I’ve never seen anything like this before. I purchased a brownie and a chocolate chip cookie. The brownie has the weight of a brick, but it was soft and pure deliciousness!! The chocolate chip cook was just as good! Neither were too sweet which in my opinion is good. I’m from out of town, but will be returning before I go back home. I highly recommend visiting this little gem or what I will now call, “a bakery in a box”. :)

We just got our hands on a valentines box during our family walk and absolutely everything was delicious and enjoyed by all! Brownie was so moist, strawberry icing on the sugar cookie was delicious & the Rice Krispie was perfect. So glad we stopped by! My father in law who is visiting was blown away by the brownie especially 🥰🩷 thank you!

Okay, I trudged through the snow because I heard great things about the brownies and they did not disappoint! Hands down best brownie I’ve ever had. Will definitely be coming back to try more goodies. Also love the fact that it’s a stand you can run to easily to grab something when most bakeries are closed by 4-5pm.

Best cookie cake and brownie (I got the raspberry jam one), I've ever had! The cookie cake was a custom order she did for us and even the frosting was perfect. Will absolutely visit the stand again for more.
