Merlyn's Patisserie (Preorder Pick Up and Farmers Market Only)

My only wish is that they were in Chicago . We celebrated a birthday in traverse city and they made me a Chantilly cake that was a work of art and the most delicious cake I have ever eaten . The macaroons and croissants were amazing . Their customer service is above and beyond . Highly highly recommend !!! Thank you so much !!! Can’t say enough 🥰

I have been getting croissants from Merlyn’s for the past two years!! I have visited her booth in Elk Rapids and Traverse City at farmers markets. They are not only absolutely delicious but a true art form that Merlyn and her family have perfected!

Jun and Anna are great! They have always had a lot of talent. Its great to see they are doing well. I haven't had a pastry i didnt like. Try the interesting ones, those are the best!

Some of the sweetest people you'll meet! Patisserie are delicious and fresh!! We've enjoyed all of their ube desserts. You can find them at the farmer's market in town and thr price isn't too bad ($5-$10) They sell out quickly so be sure to get there early if you visit.

Best croissants we have ever had and most unique flavors. Loved the triple raspberry one the most. But all were really good. Make sure you understand the order process and which days you can do it and go for it. Enjoy! Easy to communicate with the owner about the order.
