Everything is always very good. The atmosphere can get a bit loud on Sunday afternoons but that’s just because they are busy - no fault of the establishment. The garlic knots are always a plus.

Roma’s Pizza in Hudson, NC is hands-down one of our favorite local spots. The pizza is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor, with perfectly cooked crust and generous toppings. You can tell they use quality ingredients and take pride in what they serve. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel like a regular every time you walk in. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout, the service is fast and consistent. If you’re looking for great pizza and a reliable hometown restaurant, Roma’s never disappoints. Highly recommend

I'm saddened to have to change my review from a 5 star to a 2 star. The food is excellent!! It Never disappoints!! The reason I am changing my review is due to the service. They are nice, super nice. But the last 2 times we went there we had poor service. The one time was a friday night. Yes I get it, it was busy and there were a lot of tables. But the waitress kept forgetting everything and only come to our table twice. She forgot my appetizer, forgot my husband's side and was ignored the whole night until we were ready to leave. This last visit, it was a Saturday afternoon. Not busy at all, maybe 2 tables being occupied when we got there. The waitress got our drinks and appetizer order. Come back with the drinks and appetizer and took the rest of our order. She come back with my husb

I really have nothing but great things to say from the food to the service it’s all great. The waitress Ari was super happy and helpful, so I guess if happiness is not your thing don’t eat here. Lol. All in all we love eating here.

Pizza crust and always great. They always use fresh homemade sauce and dough.
