Bojangles

Being from California, we had never unheard of a Bojangles, but we’re seeing them EVERYWHERE as we travel through North Carolina so we decided to check it out. We were there for a late lunch so it was practically empty and we got our food almost immediately. The chicken tenders were great, biscuit was. List and fluffy and the Mac and cheese was delicious! All in all a solid place for some fast food.

Ordered a LARGE mashed potato with gravy on the side. Was given a small mashed potato with an ungodly amount of gravy. The guy in the drive through also didn’t hand me a receipt and I didn’t realize until I got home. Not worth it to go all the way back out with no receipt but come on what are you guys doing in there? How can you mix those up and think that’s normal. Guess I got a gallon of gravy now and a bite of potato.

They got my order wrong. I ordered a egg and cheese biscuit add gravy to the biscuit. The guy at the drive through rang it up correctly but it wasn't correct. They gave me a gravy biscuit and put cheese and egg on top of the gravy biscuit. 😆 When I took it back inside the manager was very rude and told me it's basically the same thing that I ordered.

I stop in for breakfast once in a while and have noticed no matter when it is, they always undercook something. The seasoned fries were stale this morning and not edible at all, so there was money wasted, the rest of the time, the biscuits are usually under cooked and just dough or overcooked and almost burnt. With food as expensive as it is anymore this isn't acceptable, there should be some standards when it comes to the food. The customer service is fine though, the employees are friendly and kind, just need to work on the food.

They have really went downhill. The Cajun filet is flat, with hardly any chicken to it. All around the edge of it is so hard you can break ur teeth. It's been like that the last few times we've went. We haven't gone back
