Rochester House of Pizza

I'm glad I didn't listen to all the bad reviews. The girl who took my order over the phone was very friendly and polite. My order was ready on time. I absolutely LOVE their pizza!! It's on the thinner side (I don't like thick doughy pizza), the sauce is amazing, and their cheese to sauce ratio is on point 👌 it's hard to find good pizza like this. I really liked their onion rings, as well (not too crispy, slightly doughy, with real onions inside and didn't give me heartburn). The chicken wings were good, but I've definitely had better. I wish they were fried a bit thicker/crunchier, but now I'm just being picky. All that yummy food for $30 is a great deal nowadays. Rochester House of Pizza was a delightful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The place was spotless and very well-maintained, with comfortable and spacious seating that added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The highlight of my visit was the steak and cheese, which was absolutely delicious. Each bite was packed with flavor and left me wanting more. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and a welcoming environment.

Order there once to twice per week they usually great however the last order I got one of the items on my order was incorrect a chicken finger wrap I called and let them know and they told me they would give me a 25% discount off the wrap next order however my girlfriend was not able to eat it because it wasn't made the way that the person on the phone that took my order entered it into the system so I had to pay for something that got thrown out and for that reason I won't be ordering from here again so they now lost 20$ to $30 a week so they could save three or four dollars in food costs and we wonder why a lot of small businesses don't survive sometimes it's bad ownership

Worse service or lack of service in my life. You guys claim to be ROCHESTER! House of Pizza. I've love in rochester the entire 33 years of my life. I currently live in Gonic New Hampshire, Why Won't You Deliver!!!!!????? Makes absolutely no sense very disappointed. Won't be calling back
