Rochester Public Library

Such a beautiful library! And the people who work there are exceptionally caring, helpful, and passionate! I am very thankful for the help I received to locate records of my grandfather's family. He was born in Rochester.

It's not a vacation unless we visit a library. We loved the older wing of the library. Great activities for all ages. Nice book selection and electronic options too! We also talked to a page and a couple staff who were all friendly! Recommend!

The children's area of this library is seriously one of the best I've seen! Open ended toys like blocks, a tea set, dollhouse and cars. The picture books are organized alphabetically in bins on the floor, so kids can choose themselves. We enjoyed it all to ourselves for a few hours on a Tuesday afternoon/evening. My toddler could have stayed longer! We would definitely come often if we were local. Easy parking lot!

Very helpful & friendly staff. Great & large selection of reading materials & videos. They have the One Piece & other animé series books here. The teen room has what look like fun events scheduled. (But what do i know? I'm older than dirt!) Come & check it out!
