Roast Coffee House

A great little coffee shop in Morristown. Very cute aesthetic, friendly employees, and cute interior decor with a couple tables. Super busy but the line moves relatively quick and the staff is efficient. They have a decent sized menu with a few really good sounding specialty drinks. The banana bread cinnamon latte is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend it. Also loved the strawberry matcha latte. Nice quality ceremonial matcha and the strawberry is subtly sweet. I definitely want to try the food next time as well. Now for my standard comments. Location is very clean. Seating is comfortable. We were able to find parking down the street in a garage so we took a nice walk down to the shop. Surrounding area is mostly street parking from what I can tell.

I absolutely love Roast Coffeehouse! I went opening week, and have been back at least once a week since. I love how their menu ranges from your classic coffee, to banana bread lattes served with actual pieces of banana bread! The team is so friendly, greeting you the moment you enter the space. Speaking of the space, Roast offers a beautifully modern interior that still manages to capture the cozy local coffeehouse atmosphere. Very excited to see how this local business grows!

The vibe and aesthetic were amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I didn’t get to try the food yet, but I’ll definitely be back for that. They also had some really cute merch with I purchased. The unique coffee flavors and presentation are what really sold me, so creative and well done. The Coquito cold brew was to die for… 10/10!

Roast Coffee House is quite a spot. It’s open and light filled with cozy seating. There’s a conversation pit with a velvet couch, two tops with a you and me vibe, a (coffee) bar area, and a banquette in the back. We got a tour from owners Sally Campuzano and Jesse Mundt, and tasted so many good things. The vibes are awesome, with curated gifts and exceptional coffee ☕️ and the staff is attentive and skilled. Also, a secret: 🤫 there is outdoor seating at the back of the cafe. We love this new coffee house and can’t wait to return again. PRO TIP: Get a toast to start, and leave room for a pasty to end on a sweet note.

Really tasty coffee and beautiful, modern decor on the inside! I got the iced latte with almond milk and vanilla cold foam and it wasn’t overly sweet, it was made perfectly. It is always quite busy and it’s small on the inside so pack your patience to wait about 30 to 40 minutes closely next to other people, but it’s worth it! Delicious drinks and super nice baristas.
