The location is off interstate 80 and sits right on the Mississippi River, so it was easy to access, had a nice quiet ambiance for a Sat afternoon along with beautiful views, too. They offer Chinese, Vietnamese, and Japanese dishes to choose from, which worked perfectly since we wanted sizzling rice soup and sushi for lunch. Once we sat in the booth, a friendly woman immediately greeted us and took our drink orders. We opted to try their egg rolls, sizzling rice soup for two, the Funky Monkey special sushi roll, and cashew chicken. The sizzling rice soup was the first item to come out. Sushi was the worst I’ve ever had. All rice all soggy if you’re thinking of having sushi don’t bother. The fried rice that we received it looked like it was out of a Lipton bag also. I have been eating sushi my entire life. Horrible don’t even think about it. Just go to Sakura express. Dirty corners in building. Rude staff. Horrible experience

This restaurant is located in a beautiful area with the view of Mississippi river. The interior is also very fancy and comfortable. The food is not authentic Vietnamese but Americanized Vietnamese food, however, still super delicious. They also have sushi and American Chinese food. Everything is excellent, except for the staff. I appreciate that she did come to ask if everything was alright and refilled the water. However, I was very sad that she never bothered to have a smile with us although she chatted and laughed a lot with her coworkers/ sisters. I was a bit scared of her cold and distancing attitude. Anyway, I only stopped by here during my road trip and may not come back Iowa very soon, so I may not have a chance to revisit this restaurant. But I do hope that you can improve on the

Here visiting from Knoxville, TN. Absolutely loved this restaurant! It has a nice mix of Chinese food, Vietnamese food, and sushi. Both meals we had were delicious and so was the sushi (surfs up). The sushi was fresh and it didn’t have too much sauce on it so the flavor of the fish still came through.

We went there and the food and service was great! Everything made fresh. Highly recommend the King Kong roll!
