Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I just purchased 4 treats. One of them tasted a little off so I asked them if they could redo it and was told I would need to purchase a whole new treat. I hadn’t even made it to my car. I buy from this location 1-3x a week during this season. Very poor customer experience.

I ordered a concrete cookie blast today and the cups are already small and my order was about a little more than half full which is a lot different than the picture . For $6.29 it should be full like the photo on the wall. The people working there are very nice, I just felt short changed.

Rita's Ice has a lot of assortment to satisfy your taste. If you want sprinkles and other toppings, this is the place to go and cool down. Friendly customer service!!

As a Sunday tradition when its nice out I always drive into town and enjoy Ritas Water Ice. Before leaving I checked the hours and opening time of this Ritas which states Monday - Sunday 12:00PM - 9:00PM (On the official Ritas Website). When arriving around 1:00PM everything was closed and there was no sign of anyone. I was extremely disappointed and even waited around for 15 minutes to see if anyone showed up late. After waiting I even noticed a sign on the window that says 12:00PM - 9:00PM Monday - Sunday. So I had to settle for sub par Bruster's and completely ruined my mood. Thanks RITAS!
