Flipside Coffee and Biscuits

Will keep it short: Just go have their biscuits! Absolutely delish. Toasted coconut latte is equally fantastic. Their seasonal lattes are all gems. So are the latest addition - cinnamon buns. A nice early morning treat can't get any better just around the corner.

sure you could go to starbucks or dunkin or some other coffee shop but this place???? such a gem!!! stumbled upon Flipside on my way to an early meeting and have now made this spot apart of my routine! it’s that good!! the owner Greg was kind enough to let me build my own sandwich and accommodate my ask! owner and staff are incredibly nice and have never let the business bring them down. 10/10!

We have been Gregulars for a very long time. I can only say it doesn't matter if he's making mix drinks or coffee, it's top notch. He never fails or disappoints you. We traveled from Wilmington to Middletown last week to see him, ordered a lavender honey latter, sausage egg and cheese on biscuit, as well as a drip coffee. Everything is perfect and so delicious. As a person who doesn't know how to appreciate biscuits, Greg's biscuit will change your mind!!

I’m usually a plain Jane with my coffee or latte orders but after chatting with Greg, I took him up on the blueberry muffin iced latte and the man did not do me wrong! Perfect amount of sweetness for a Saturday morning. Also found out Saturday mornings are sausage gravy day and this place’s gravy is savory and creamy and everything sausage gravy should be. I’m not local to Middletown but will for sure be making the drive out here on Saturdays for breakfast and coffee!

This little coffee truck is such a vibe. Worth a trip to northern Middletown for real drip coffee and fresh homemade biscuits. The homemade truffle sage sausage gravy is better than your mommoms- just saying🤌😏. Prices are great too! It’s unheard of to get a coffee and biscuit for under $10 these days so that’s treat in itself. Definitely put this place on your morning coffee run stop.
