Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

employees were very distracted when taking my order, gave me all the wrong sizes and forgot a whole water ice. when i went back to ask they told me that a regular size is a “kids small”. terrible. i am so mad!😡 Did not even ask me for clarification on my size then told me i was wrong.

Always time for some delicious Rita's Italian Ice on these hot summer days. The Gelati cherry is my favorite. The seating area was very clean and lots of places to sit and enjoy your treat.

We came here at 12:15 on a Saturday. Perfect weather, dry and sunny. When we first arrived there were no cars in the parking lot so I checked the hours to make sure they were open (they open at noon). We saw that the window at which to order was open. And then we stood there for five long minutes, hoping someone would appear to take our order. No one did, so we left and went to the Rita's in conshohocken. I don't know if maybe somebody left the window open when they closed the night before? But, their hours said they were open (I guess the window being open counts?). I have a serious pet peeve about small business owners not keeping to their published hours. It irks me beyond anything!

Typical Rita's with the water ice, custard, gelatis, and all the things you would expect. Ample parking which is nice. Can get crowded but to order windows. Friendly staff. So refreshing.

Found hair halfway through eating the water ice. Disgusting.
