Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Rita’s doesn’t just have Shaved Ice, but Custard too. Both are absolutely amazing. I ordered the Pina Colada from their wide selection of flavors, and I have to say it was incredible!!

Rita’s is always a treat! The Italian ice is so fresh and flavorful! You can really taste the difference compared to other places. I love that they have such a wide variety of flavors, and they’re always adding fun seasonal options too. The staff here are friendly and patient, even when the line gets long. Everything is super clean and well-kept. I definitely recommend getting a Gelati (ice + custard) it’s the best of both worlds! Perfect place for a quick dessert stop, especially on a hot day.

My daughter cannot have gluten. Online most of Rita's items do not contain gluten but since it's a chain it states to ask the individual location. So when we walked up I asked the person behind the window if the ice cream was gluten free. She proceeded to say non of their ice cream was gluten free. I was surprised and asked why not she said she didn't know but didn't want to risk it. I asked if they had an allergy menu and she said no. I do believe that the ice cream should be gluten free and the employee was confused or lazy. We went to the Rita's in Leesburg who's staff ensure us which items my daughter could safely have. Vanilla ice cream was one of them

This place has the best tasting Rita's ice and custard I have tasted. It is just two windows taking orders on the sidewalk, they have 2 round tables with umbrellas, but if they had a store they would have more people coming in! Thank you!

Terrible layout, no organization as to which window is for ordering vs receiving items. Also bad service. $8 for a concrete mixer but it was only half full. Had to ask the employees to fill it the rest of the way. Not like any other Rita’s as it’s window serve only, which makes it difficult to try flavors.
