Excellent local sour dough baker using locally sourced ingredients. Specifically uses Maine grains from Skowhegan (regenerative farmers) and Kate’s creamery from Arundel(uses single source cream from farm raised cows).
My family and I have had Risen's sourdough, black rye, marble rye, GF sourdough, and sweet treats. Everything I have purchased is extremely fresh, sometimes it's even still warm!! I would highly recommend this business and their products.
Best sourdough bread I've had in a long time!
