Rincon Criollo Take 2

We were greeted in a friendly manner by a wonderful young lady named Yessi (pronounced JESS-si). She assisted my mother with what the choices are. It was a nice experience, especially since I have also enjoyed the Rincon Criollo on Detroit. The service and the food alone will assure a return soon. I enjoyed my taste of Yauco!

This place has all the right Puerto Rican comfort foods. Even the octopus salad with was really good. I met Sula for the very first time and she is just the warmest personality like she’s always known you. But mainly I just want you to know that the yellow rice with gandulaes was banging like the Hilton Plaza Son!!! I had her put beans on top of it and even that was good. Plus the chicharrones was cooked to the perfect texture, soft and crunchy. If you can do soft and crunchy at the same time, you can do anything in the Puerto Rican kitchen.

Came to eat here on a Saturday at around 1:30 for lunch and the food was great! VERY authentic and absolutely great service. The prices were reasonable, which is good. They have a hall/room attached to them, and I inquired about the prices to rent out for a party, and the prices are good. Planning on looking more into it for my wedding shower.

La comida was fuego let me start there. I have visited the OG location and I really enjoy this one. Will be visiting again soon.

I just found this place and what a pleasure. Great food between 10 and $20 and they do have an alcoholic beverages beer. Music and a video screen. I highly recommend this restaurant.I am moving to Puerto Rico and the food is a major reason why .
