This place has gone down the drain from the workers having an attitude to the food being just NASTY! I ordered a Jibarito on my lunch break and after waiting 20 mins, I received the worst thing I have ever had. The platano was so hard, as if it sat there for a while. The “bistec” wasn’t “bistec” it was more like ground meat, barely any condiments. So disappointing! After I called she said I had to bring the jibarito back to “maybe” get it replaced but no refunds.

They have the best pernil I've had in Ohio so far! I'm a new Yorker (nuyorican) in Ohio and I felt like I was home here.

We have gone to this restaurant for the past 12 years. It's just not worth it anymore for takeout. Inflation and greed is hitting it hard. A few years ago we would get drumstick/thigh piece for ~3$. Now I payed ~$3 for just the thigh. The price of empanadillas also increased, but that could be excused to inflation and was fine by me. What annoyed me the most is the Mogongo size(and portions in general). Not only was it smaller than other times; smaller than my palm and I'm a pretty petite person; but also had a hole in the middle for the sauce container(not to mention that even the sauce portion was smaller)..... Store was closing they was in a rush already started cleaning up before placing order. We asked for something they didn’t have and recommended this food. I live in area and was shopping 3 times a week here but after today I’ll have to look elsewhere where for a new place. I have 23k followers on facebook and have recommended this place to others so kinda disappointed at the moment. Very small portions I believe because it was the end of the day it looking like a kids plate. But charged full price. On top of that I called this is what I was told were sorry about that we can’t do anything save the food till Monday and we can replace it I have children they will not understand not to eat that plus who hold’s food for 2 days to have it replaced. I’ll pass but will not spend a dime there again
