A Top-Notch Experience at Ridge Club Bistro & Bar From start to finish, Ridge Club Bistro delivers. The food is exceptional — the hamburger I had was one of the best I’ve ever tasted, perfectly cooked, juicy, and paired with fries that were perfectly crispy. Every bite showed care and quality in the kitchen. The bar area is equally impressive. Bartender Mike is a true pro — friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He made the experience feel personal and welcoming. There was a small hiccup with a lazy staff member, but the management handled it promptly and professionally, showing that guest experience is a priority here. Overall, Ridge Club Bistro & Bar is a standout spot for anyone looking for top-notch food, great drinks, and attentive service. I can’t recommend it enough and will be
We stayed at the resort for 1.5 weeks. Had lunch and dinner here when we felt not going down to town and just lounge in our suite. It seems they don't serve breakfast as opening hours are noon to 9 pm. Food is great and fresh and the serving is quite large, so the price range seems fair. I only gave 4 stars 🌟 for the food because there wasn't much to choose from. Im not also a sandwich or burger person, so the menu was limiting. The bar has wine, beer in bottles, and 2 beers on tap. They also have dessert, coffee, tea, and other beverages. So overall, they have a little of everything. Service is friendly and even helpful when i ask for directions going somewhere.
I got breakfast here twice, and I enjoyed the food both times. You order your food at the counter, pay, and then have a seat and wait for them to bring it out. The dining area is VERY nice, particularly the natural light (could get hot in the summer sitting in the sun) and the very sturdy wood tables. The service was friendly, their coffee area is self serve. The first time we came here it was the weekend where they have the omelet bar special. It was fantastic. A guy name Yuri (I believe) was working the omelet bar station, and he did an AMAZING job. The omelet was perfect. There's a table where all the toppings are laid out, and you get to pick which you'd like. With the omelet, you also get breakfast potatoes, which I also liked. The second time, we ordered the Bistro Breakfast and Qu
I had a terrible experience here. I order the expensive burger because it comes with bacon, they forget to add it (ordered takeout and didn’t notice until back at the room, too late to do anything about it). Burger was pretty bleh. The fries were TERRIBLE. Honestly I think they refried some old ones that had sitting around because they were really hard and cold and gross. I couldn’t even eat them. On top of that everything is so expensive. Don’t count on this after a physical day out on the lake/mountain. Even starving it wasn’t good!
The Ridge Club Bistro is one of three eating options for The Ridge Tahoe with options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ordering is done from the counter and they do have daily specials. On the weekends the breakfast choices are expanded to include an Omlette bar that has about 10 ingredients to enhance the flavor experience. Time share owners can get an additional 10% off the bill by presenting their Resorts West ID card before purchasing. In addition to credit cards and cash, the food bill can also be linked to the hotel/room bill which is then collected at the time of checking out of the resort.
