The best Chinese food I've had on the West Coast...huge portions...like really really huge...great prices too!

⭐⭐⭐⭐ = Solid (1=Avoid, 3=Standard, 5=Can't Miss) for fast, casual Chinese food to-go. There's no seating here, but plenty of parking in the surrounding lot that has a lot of empty businesses around it. But there's a reason Rickshaw is still around because it is one of the best deals in town. Just when you think they are finished loading your plate, they keep going! The garlic noodles are an additional $1 and it is very garlic-y. 😉

I ordered a fried rice and 2 item combo for $12. The server heaped a massive scoop of the rice into my takeout box. Awesome! Then she went back and piled on another scoop. Amazing! Then she went in for the three-peat and I grew concerned. She asked me what I wanted but I was still shook, and I kind of just stammered, “S-sesame chicken, uh please, and uh, thank you.” One scoop. Can you even call it a scoop? She slam dunked the bowling ball of sesame chicken into the takeout container. The corner pocket of the box never stood a chance at containing the chicken, and it overflowed. The mountain of fried rice was pummeled with stray meteors of chicken but it was packed so tightly it didn’t budge. Then went back in for another scoop. If you’re local you know where to go (here). I don’t know how this place can afford to keep operating with their portion sizes in this economy but, as a customer, I’m certainly not complaining. Good ole Chinese takeout classics, absolute INSANE portions, decent flavor. The entrance is on the south east side of the corner. Takeout only. If you’re only looking to order items from the hot bar, it’s faster if you walk in. Super super popular on Friday nights. I highly recommend the beef chow fun and eggplants. If you’re ordering online, don’t bother with the platforms—give them a ring and they’ll tell you the exact wait time.

It is one of the best place to purchase to go Chinese food in Foster City. They always have eight different type of dishes to choose from. Most importantly they are price very reasonably and they always stuff as much as possible into the box. The flavor of the dishes are your typical authentic American style Chinese food. If you're looking for gourmet Chinese dishes, this is not the place.
