First time here, I was driving by and just happened to see the sign, well I'm glad I stopped. Right off the bat as I walked in I felt welcomed into not just someone's restaurant, but someone's kitchen. I started out with a cup of their authentic gumbo, OMG, I've had gumbo before but this tastes right from New Orleans on the strip. I ordered the bacon cheddar burger with adding mayo lettuce and tomato. The burger was cooked to perfection, it was juicy, the bacon was nice and crisp, the bun was soft and warm. It came with chips. I also ordered their Texas Weiner and again delicious, the sauce had a great flavor. I even spoke with one of the owners and I'll definitely be back!

Best gumbo I have ever had. The grilled cheese on rye with tomato and onion was great. Friendly servers and reasonable prices.
