Dunkin'

The one woman who works here is incredibly rude. Makes it evident that I'm an inconvenience, so I won't be back. 1/5 Edit: haven't seen her back since I posted this so i assume she was fired or quit. Anyway, the ladies who work there still are friendly and efficient! 5/5

I'm absolutely disgusted with this location. I placed my order on the app so my son could pick it up when he ran to Walmart. First issue with our order was the staff forgetting to include our donuts. My son had to go back into the store and ask for our donuts. I understand sometimes things happen. BUT then my son gets home with our 2 orders of avocado toast. Neither order had a single sprinkle of the everything bagel seasoning and the bread wasn't toasted. We didn't order anything special, it was on the app, and it was still wrong. Clearly the staff just doesn't care.

I work next door I’m always buying something at this location and I usually come back just for a ice refill in my cup so today, the employee Shauna decided to tell me that I have to pay for my ice refill in my medium cup, which I found weird because I never got charged before, so I told her no problem, but then she gives me a large cup with ice, which makes no sense to me !

My teenage daughter was waiting in line while I loaded the car. Although she was second in line, I finally went in to see what was keeping her so long. The people working there are miserable, slow and extremely rude. The customer in front of her was in a wheelchair and when his bagel came out they just put it on the counter. My daughter picked it up and brought it over to him. Something I would think an employee should make the extra step for. I have to say the food was very good. But if slow, sour faced, ignorant employees piss you off, go elsewhere.

Don't even bother, spare yourself the inconvenience and go to the dunkin on 742 Davis. Burnt sandwiches, drinks are usually wrong or they're out of matcha or chai. That donut you ordered isn't in the bag with the rest of the food, you have to ask for it. Just little nitpicks that bother me and that I don't have to deal with at other locations. Dreary location, I avoid this place at all costs.
