The shakes here are amazing! I have yet to try a caffeinated tea as the Andes mint protein shake is just so good! It has a lot of protein and no sugar and you wouldn’t even know. It tastes like a milkshake. The staff is friendly and the owner Jess is amazing! I would recommend checking this place out!

We just discovered this place today! I brought my 1.5 year old daughter too and we both had a smoothie! She had a kid sized smoothie and loved it! They even have a small playing area for kids which she loved! Very clean and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back!

We go to fuel good several times a week. The drinks are delicious and so pretty! We love the menu variety allowing every visit to be unique. From adults to kids, there is something for everyone. It’s nice to know we are able to get our nutrition needs and energy all in one spot. You will not regret going to Fuel Good. The owners and employees are so nice and welcoming. 10/10.

Fuel Good is an amazing local business in Windham, NH, that supports those looking for healthier and more nutritious ways to FUEL their lifestyle! Whether it be a mega tea to energize you throughout your work shift, a protein packed shake for post workout recovery, or one of their new wellness shakes for overall amazing feel-good vibes, Fuel Good has it all! One of my FAV mega teas (which I added a pic of) is their Sweet Tart! Definitely a MUST try and a place you MUST visit if you’re ever in the Windham area! Our favorite spot! Everything is delicious from the teas, smoothies and our favorite the shakes. It’s the perfect breakfast meal and keeps me full until lunch or a great afternoon snack. So many flavors and options and they taste better than ice cream ever could! Plus the staff is amazing, friendly and super helpful! Best place around!
