Nesmith Library

We love this library! Whenever we’re in need of an activity, the library delivers. All the librarians are amazing. Molly and Azra always remember our kids names and interests. Azra helped us pick a children’s book about bravery to help us through a tough growth moment and it worked like a charm. I can’t say enough great things about this library and its wonderful staff.

Beautiful building but not a traditional library that offers a quiet area or quiet hours for study. The staff seemed friendly but were very vocal themselves, speaking loudly across the room to each other directly behind me. This was after I had asked if there were quiet areas available. There is no encouragement to use “library voices”, making it difficult for anyone trying to study/read. If you’re simply looking for resources or a place to hang out with friends, this may be a good spot for you. If you’re looking for a quiet library to study/work/read, sadly this isn’t the place. I’m bummed, there aren’t many libraries around and traditionally a library is known as the one option available for those seeking a quiet place to study.

Great for a local library! The staff is friendly and the facility is very clean. A good selection of books for all ages. They also host events fairly often from book fairs to trivia nights to live music.

The Nesmith Library is the BEST! The facility is wonderful but it’s the great staff that makes this library extra special! They always go above and beyond, making every trip with my daughter a fun time!
