For an area that is so highly priced/taxed, this public restroom is disgusting. Use your 8.4% tax rate better and get a custodian to clean the restroom, or perhaps an entirely new facility? The smell alone was vile, I walked in, turned right around and walked out. I would rather pee outside than touch a single thing in there.
