Wowza this is a DELICIOUS sandwich shop. If you are considering a sandwich and thought “maybe I’ll get Jimmy Johns or subway” just go ahead and drive directly to Yampa instead. It’s more fresh, more flavorful, and absolutely delicious. This place is the real deal. Bread: 10/10, Turkey 10/10, French dip: 10/10 pickle: 10/10, all of the condiments and toppings were fresh crunchy and so flavorful. This meal was PERFECT. The kids meal is SO nice for the little ones! It was all priced reasonably. Also, the fresh lemonade was ridiculously good. I’m so happy we stopped in.

This place is one of the best sandwich I’ve ever had. The Dolomite Sandwich is the perfectly balanced sandwich. The texture of the bread is perfect. The fatty Italian meets were great. (Mortadella is the BEST) The acidity of the pickled peppers gives this sandwich a crisp clean bite. The sharp provolone ties this all together nicely. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I’ll be going to the location down the street from me in Denver much more often.

Had the breakfast EBLT at Yampa Sandwich Co. and it was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had. Staff was friendly, atmosphere was peaceful and food was fast. Clearly underrated breakfast spot when other places have long wait times.

We had the best service, sandwiches and overall experience at the Steamboat location! Bought a few to share and had to go right back inside and buy a few more! Rare to find the imported Italian meats and this quality of breads! Thank you for a great lunch! Mortadella Katie will definitely be back the next time we come to Steamboat!!!

Although the different locations have different menus, I really enjoy the Denver locations menu, so this being my first time to Steamboat, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were fine, but really just very basic. Could have used some hot sauce, or even just some type of sauce to brighten up the flavors, as they were a little bland. But I will say the food was fresh, service was good, and the location is pretty peaceful in the mornings. And they were able to accommodate dietary restrictions. * edit to my review * bumped up to 5 stars because the customer service I was shown is top notch, I will definitely visit again next time I'm in town and try this place again!
