New system installed on December 2023 failed DEHEC inspection due to black padding touching the floor in Kitchen. So when I called customer service in Feb 2024 to ask for help ignored. Now its November 6th, 2024 and they finally sent out service person who wants to disagree about DEHEC decision. Drains out a full tank of new oil to trouble shoot another issue. Just leaves without refiling and issue a credit for the new oil wasted. Then to top it all off have been asking for product training and service since February 2024 and still not being heard. Was told it was not on the work order so I had to wait. They had no problem ACH an amount that was not mentioned or explained to me on November the 6th 2024 but do not want to provide training or customer service. Oh the managers who were going

I recently had a profoundly disappointing experience with Restaurant Technologies, particularly involving their customer service representative, Camille. From the outset, the interaction was far from professional. When I encountered issues with my equipment and sought assistance, Camille was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude. She flatly refused my repeated requests to speak with a manager, which is unacceptable when dealing with a service-related problem. My attempts to escalate the issue did not fare any better with other members of the phone staff. They, too, were rude and dismissive, displaying a worrying lack of basic customer service skills. Was there longer than expected as trucks were ahead of me come my apt time, other than that no issues. Staff was nice

Hey TANKER WORLD, Very easy set up for us, in and out quickly, there close in the night so if you drive to the location in the night you can stage outside by the street is a industrial area, there will be signs say no parking but it wasn’t a issue for me. REEFER YOU HAVE TO BLIND SIDE BACK ALL THE WAY IN. 5 star for tankers 1 for REEFER
