Andrew his so is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in my life!!! I called the office to find out what was going on with my taxes and Andrew, after I staed that u thought it was to long told me that if I didn't like the service that I could look elsewhere in the future. So I did, right then. When I picked up.my taxes a half hour later Andrew proceeded to tell me they emailed me that I needed additional information for my return. I looked down and saw a name I didn't recognize and when I looked further I realized that they contract their work out to other Accounting firms! Then I said WHY WOULD I BE LOOKING FOR AN EMAIL FROM AMERICAN ACCOUNTING WHEN I HIRED GERALD REISS TO DO MY TAXES? Andrew's answer was there's going to be a change of $100.00 !!!
