Redding Ridge Market & Deli

I regularly order catered lunches from here. The 3 foot subs are amazing, we love the bread they use. The staff is incredibly accommodating. Redding is lucky to have such a great place.

The good is very generous and tasty but fries are insanely salty even for me and I love salt, coffee was cold. By noon, most coffee options were gone and not replaced, I highly suggest to call and order before you go because the wait is insane and they seemed to take some orders in front of us and we were in a hurry. It is not cheap but well worth the price for sandwiches, my son says their wraps re excellent as well. I can't say the same for cold coffee. We were there on a Saturday around 1 pm. Plenty of parking and some limited indoor sitting, be careful as chairs were very wobbly. I will eat their sandwiches again. Love this place! Food is really good. Amazing sandwiches. Nice selection of grab and go, including entrees and soups. Need more places like this!

The place is fairly busy being one of the few stops for eats in the immediate area... its a lil confusing navigating the half convenience store, figuring out what to order, and where to order it but overall there's a wide variety of on the go options. The problems fall when you order something and ask for it to be made...its a small kitchen are and it takes a bit of time. So expect to wait a bit. Overall I was 50/50 on the sandwich I got. It was like a classic italian chicken cutlet w/proshoot. The flavors were there but I asked for the sammie heated and what I got back was the chicken separate from the breading of the cutlet! 🤔 Like why build a cutlet sandwich in advance if y

Went for lunch here after church, ordered a taco and two sandwiches. Taco came out in 15 minutes, but the two sandwiches took over 35 minutes to come out. While waiting, i wached people come, order, and leave with their food, still not receiving my sandwich while others who ordered after got theirs first. We asked three times when our food would be ready, and the worker replied extremely rudely, and the problem still wasnt fixed. What was once a nice, lovely deli has been transformed into something i cant even recognize
