Lombardi's Trattoria

We stopped by Lombardi’s Trattoria during the dinner rush and were honestly impressed. Even though it was busy, the service was super attentive and we never felt rushed or forgotten. The food? So good. Everything tasted authentic and full of flavor, but not heavy in that over-the-top way. They really nail that balance between rich and fresh. We ordered a pizza, Fettuccini alla Panna with broccoli, chicken parm grinders, a beet salad, and a Caesar salad; and every single dish was delicious, fresh, and satisfying. The atmosphere was great too. Warm, welcoming, just a really nice place to sit and enjoy a meal. Best part? Everyone was happy. That includes my two preteens, my very picky teen, and both me and my wife. That’s not easy to pull off. We’ll definitely be back.

This was an amazing experience and I will definitely be coming back. Our waiter was so nice and I I’m upset I didn’t catch her name but if you see her, she has some tattoos on her arm and shorter hair, you definitely want her because she’s so nice and fun to talk to! We got the fried calamari for an appetizer which was delicious and perfectly cooked, definitely recommend. Then for dinner I got the gnocchi bolognese which was incredible! It was like comfort food, easy and light to eat (making you want to eat more) and believe it or not I ate the whole thing! Then for dessert we got the tiramisu which is my favorite ever, and the cannoli. Let me tell you those dessert were something from out of this world! Delicious, beautifully prepared meal tonight. Tuna with mango salsa over spinach & fingerling potatoes $26 and rigatoni siciliano $19. Good sized portions, excellent wait staff, outdoor & indoor seating. Recommend.

Worst guess experience and dining out experience 2nd time in a row, cashier “old balled man over there and pointed in a dirty apron”accused me and my wife of taking a cheesecake when there wasn’t a cheesecake in OUR TAKE OUT BAG then gave us a burnt slice of cheese cake which still lingerers a burnt cheese cake taste in my mouth . Then forgot to put chicken in my Chicken Alfredo and the Minestrone soup had no meat or beans just noodles and water and tomatoes no Vegetables, once I called to let them know of there mistakes and they blamed us again and said we didn’t order chicken Alfredo put payed for it. I would never recommend this resturant to anyone being a chef myself the guess experience was terrible and the food was horrible and the dirty aprons need to go !

I’m not sure if I just happened to go on a wrong night because I’ve heard plenty of amazing things about this place and know people who have had good experiences. That said, the restaurant was not busy or packed at all, the food (for a table of 3 with no appetizers) took almost an hour to come out. 2/3 of the meals were messed up, one of them was the wrong pasta and the other had meat when it was specifically asked to not. The waitresses were extremely nice and apologetic for the mess up. I personally don’t think it’s worth the amount of money I paid and the experience just wasn’t enjoyable. The food was delicious but made wrong which was unfortunate because I personally don’t eat bacon and my entire meal tasted like it.
