AVOID THE SERVER AMANDA “Known for our bottomlsss sides” was the first thing our server, Amanda, told us but good luck getting them from her. We came on a slow Monday and after being seated were immediately chatted up by the hostess, who specifically mentioned how Mondays are slow, and a manager, but still had to wait another 3+ minutes for Amanda, who didn’t have any other tables at the time. Amanda was terrible. My girlfriend and I worked in the hospitality industry for years so don’t take it lightly when I say Amanda is easily the worst server I’ve ever seen. She moved at a glacial pace, except when she chased after us to yell at us as we walked out the door since we didn’t tip. All of her tables had to wait a minimum of 5-10 minutes (often more) just for her to stop by. She would ente
Just left and won't be back. Sat down and took at least 10 mins to come ask if we wanted drinks. Ordered an appetizer and meals right then too since we'd had enough time to decide. Got the food, from a different person than our server, and we said we were supposed to get an appetizer. She said I'll go check, but appetizer never came. Had to ask a different server for napkins and silverware. Our server only came by while eating 1 time and we said forget appetizer. He never came back again, not even to ask if we wanted more bottomless fries, drinks, NOTHING, even though we've seen him walking around to other tables. He's supposed to be the cashier, but since he wouldn't return I decided to pay via the thing at the table. We are great tippers, he got 0 and we'll never go back.
We normally go to the Salem location, but there's a lady server there that is quite annoying so we decided on checking the Woodburn location. My 1st impression walking in was no one seemed happy to work there, but I gave it a benefit of a doubt. Got seated within a few minutes. Then we waited and waited about 10 minutes. Manager walked by us, no acknowledgement. Wow. Finally a waitress stopped at our table. I did realize 3 birthday party's were happening at the same time. But thats no excuse. I specifically asked for sweet potato fries but another server brought steak fries, yuck. Got all our food Finally! Started eating, oh the manager walked by us again, no acknowledgement. I ordered a chicken wrap. That thing was soggy and gross. Everything possible went wrong. The only thing that was e
Nice place to stop and eat after shopping at the Woodburn outlets with my partner’s family, they have wide variety on the menu to choose from very good food. I got the California chicken sandwich with garlic Parmesan broccoli. Two things I wanna mention, it’s VERY pricey there and the servers are kind of slow to attend to you. Other than that good food would maybe go back.
If you want a burger and maybe a beer but don't know where to go then quit stressing and just go to Red Robin. It's not much more than fast food these days and it's better quality. Quit lying to yourself and realize you won't live forever and food probably won't taste the same at 80 years old. Get something spicy, get something fried, drink a beer but be responsible. I like fish and chips and honestly I think Red Robin doesn't push their Fish and Chips hard enough. I get fish and chips everywhere and theirs is consistent and good quality fish. It's not Scotland but it's decent. Quit lying to yourself and go to Red Robin and let off the weight of the World.
