Customer Reviews
We’ve been coming to Jaime’x for many years, and it never disappoints. It’s a cozy, family-owned restaurant with fantastic Mexican food. We happily drive over an hour just to enjoy their delicious dishes. The staff is always friendly, and the customer service is consistently excellent
It's a very quiet Mexican restaurant. I got an asada burrito, it costed $12 at the time. The wait was less than five minutes, the staff are reserved and do not employ a social strategy of forced kindness, they are just people. The asada burrito itself was larger than a tacobell burrito and smaller than a stuffed chipotle burrito. The meat was tender stew meat, very good mouth feel. The rice and beans in the burrito were tasty and well cooked. The spice mixture was savory and sour in a good way, about as hot as a jalapeno, not overwhelming. Over all great burrito, I'd recommend the experience.
Absolutely incredible Mexican food! The tacos were outstanding—especially the pork tacos, which were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. Their homemade tortillas make a huge difference, and the fresh sauces really bring everything together. You can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. Highly recommend this place!
Food used to be good now it’s the same greasy mess they call food like anywhere else in this town
Excellent service and the food is delicious. Flavors are more of the Oaxacan region of Mexico. We have tried the chilaquiles verdes, menudo, and tlayuda. Do wish there was a bit more meat on the tlayuda, but price is very reasonable. The coffee is like in Mexico with cinnamon. The champurrado was not as thick as I tend to want it, but flavorful and still good. Building could use updates, but owners seem very humble and nice. Will be coming back.
