Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Every time I order from my local Papa Murphy's the cashier is always so nice and helpful that it makes it a wonderful experience and he never gets upset if we show up when there is only 10 minutes till closing. Unlike some other locations we've been to.

Great little Papa Murphy’s! The employees are all so friendly, helpful, and welcoming every time I come in. My pizza is always made super quickly and turns out perfect. It’s such a smooth, easy experience!

They have a great team now ( didn't use to be this way), but now I Always have the best experience at the Woodburn location. The employees are fast, courteous and friendly. My orders are always accurate and I have always been greeted upon entering the store. The last couple of years I haven't had anything but great positive things to say about them. Before that it was mediocre at best.

Today, I ordered the family size Cowboy Pizza. I spoke to a girl at the store put in my order and preceded to give her my Visa number and name. My daughter went to pick up the pizza thinking it was paid for. However, they said it wasn't paid for and they don't take payments over the phone. It would have been nice if this employee simply told me this and caused a whole lot less drama for me, my daughter and them. Employees need to listen to their customers. People need to slow down. Even if the store is busy, good customer service requires employees to slow down and listen. All customers understand when a store is busy and most will wait patiently.

Shawna has the best attitude! Great service. These people are great to work with, they’re a solid locally-staffed company.
