Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We had a great experience at Red Robin! The burgers were absolutely delicious and super filling—fresh ingredients, juicy patties, and cooked just right. I especially appreciated the bottomless sides—a fun touch that really sets them apart. I went with the steak fries while my wife got sweet potato fries, and both were spot on. The Mango Passion Lemonade was refreshing and tropical, and the Orange Cream Soda brought back some nostalgic vibes. Great food, friendly staff, and fun atmosphere!

Good food, friendly staff and clean. Only issue is had was wait time on my to go order. Placed the order mid meal and waited for 30 minutes afterwards. Order was done in a timely manner but I guess staff forgot to bring it out to me.

I was reintroduced to Red Robin with family members. If you go with a specialty burger of course it's going to be pricey. There was simpler choices with smaller patties at a reasonable price. I didn't go in that direction but it was an option. I chose a mushroom burger with Swiss cheese and added a second patty. Now instead of the bottom of this fries which are completely dangerous, I chose to have a side salad which, was a little more filling and a decent size. Now it's much food as I had I was surprisingly not feeling the effects afterwards. Which was great because it was no instant regret.

I was just served a stabbed burger! For the love of god please stop serving food stabbed with a knife. In the restaurant business this is one of the worst things that you can present a customer.

Food was burnt, and was told apologiz for new cook. Manager handled it completely wrong. But I am pretty sure nothing will come about on this. I didn't eat one bite of my meal and yet I had to pay for it after the manger took it away with his apologies.
