Mulberry Bed & Breakfast

We were wanting to spend 4 days at Cape Cod and for those doing so you know that the place can be expensive to stay in even for low end accommodation. My wife and I decided to stay on the border of the cape and chose the Mulberry as the base of operations.||This is an old house but full of charm with Fran being a very generous and enthusiastic host. The room we were allocated was a shared bathroom but this was never really a problem as there are only the 3 rooms and there was never any issue.||The rooms are eclectic in the decoration but very comfortable and that makes them all the more interesting to stay in. ||Although we are not big breakfast people Fran was always there cooking and preparing breakfast and it also gave us a great chance to chat to the other guests which made our

I truly couldn't have had a better stay at Mulberry Bed & Breakfast. Fran was an amazing host! Her home was cozy, beautiful, neat, and inviting. Fran's selfless spirit and kind personality is truly one of a kind. I appreciate her allowing myself and my friend to stay in her home and enjoy her company and incredibly thoughtful and tasty breakfast meals! Staying at Fran's place made our vacation to Cape Cod all the more enjoyable. Even though I was only here for a short amount of time, I truly felt at home and at peace at Fran's home during my stay. Fran the host was the most lovely lady. Her house reminded me of my grandparents who used to live on cape cod and it was so comforting. She made us a wonderful breakfast and we enjoyed speaking with her throughout our stay. Would recommend staying here!

The proprietress of the Mulberry Bed & Breakfast, Fran, is a true Yankee treasure who maintains a clean, perfectly-located B&B in sleepy Wareham, a humble Buzzards Bay town about an hour out of Boston and right on the way to lovely Cape Cod. Your room will be cozy and comfortable, the home is a quintessential New England cottage with character and charm to spare, and your daily breakfast will be tasty and filling. Fran knows the area and the citizens of Wareham like the back of her hand. We love Fran and the Mulberry and hope you can swing by for a comfy stay!

Just returned from a brief vacation to the area. Mulberry Fran certainly enjoys what she does and provides a clean and unassuming place to rest. We loved Twinkles and Maggie--her resident Tortie cats! We had a lovely breakfast each morning with special dietary needs considered, followed by good conversation. We stayed in the first floor room which is a queen bed, not a king as other posts indicate. The only thing I would have preferred is a private bathroom instead of a shared bathroom, but everything was clean and tidy. We arrived mid-afternoon and Fran was kind enough to make arrangements for a check-in while she was off-property.
