Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

First time at Red Robin! I visited a few weeks ago for a friends birthday and the server was super nice and professional. I wish I got a photo of my mushroom burger because it was phenomenal but I scarfed it down two quickly! I will definatley be returning soon for some more endless fries! Thank you for the wonderful experience

Ate here on Sunday and this experience is still sitting with me days later. At least the food was good and the manager comped our meal to right the wrongs. Otherwise, absolutely terrible experience. At least 20 minute wait times. Waitress completely forgot to bring a drink and meal for my mother in-law. I felt bad for the waitress as she was clearly overwhelmed. When I asked to speak to manager, he was incredibly unperson-able and straight up said that he didn't have time to listen to the issues we experienced; hence he comped our meal. As a former restaurant manager, at the very least, listen to the customers and apologize. Didn't even say I'm sorry. I am never going back to this location and am willing to drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the Red Robin location in Richmond or

First time at Red Robin. The burger was amazing! I got the Blue Ribbon burger and made it a double as there was a deal on Monday’s. I upgraded my side for onion rings. I could literally eat 5000 onion rings. Got a small kids shake for dessert and was also good. I am now a fan of Red Robin. Hannah was my bartender and was great too

My burger took long to get to me when there where only 4 other tables occupied. Then it came to me soooo OVERLY SALTED it was inedible. My waitress was nice. She had them make me another one. The second one had no salt whatsoever???? And was overcooked. Took way too long , again. My waitress Chloe was nice and professional. She took the burger off my check, which I appreciate. So I gave her a tip that was 5xs the amount suggested.

I ordered the avocado smash burger with steak fries, my wife ordered a meat pizza, and my granddaughter had the clucks & fries. Everything was delicious as usual. We went to West Broad St Richmond VA and Lucas was our server. He was so very attentive that we didn't need to wait on anything. He kept our fries & drinks steady coming to us. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an inexpensive great meal.
