Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I had never been there before and I loved it. The gourmet burgers were very tasty. And after a week I went back with my mother and daughter. They absolutely loved it! The waiters are very friendly and cheerful. The decor and atmosphere are all incredible. I recommend it.

Not going back. Service was nonexistent and no bottomless fries. We arrived and were asked is we wanted a cocktail and we ordered one. The they took our food order. Eventually the food arrived and we asked if we could get the cocktails we ordered and some water. They went to find the drinks and they finally arrived. After eating my burger (which was very good) the waitress asked if I wanted more fries and I said yes please. After waiting 10 minutes we used the tabletop kiosk to pay our bill and wanted a printed receipt…..And the machine died. We finally flagged down our waitress and she commented that happens sometimes with the kiosk. We once again mentioned we wanted a printed receipt and still had not gotten our fires. After waiting another five minutes I verified the payment went

We ordered Togo. Wasn't asked how we wanted our burgers, so waited so they could remake them. The host was absolutely amazing, she came out to our truck and told us about the wait then came out again when it was ready, much appreciated. Got home tho and the dip we ordered was at the bottom of the bag. I think our food shouldn't of been piled into one bag. Couldn't enjoy some of the food bc it was ruined.

Tried Red Robin for the first time and I loved it. The place did look run down but that’s okay. Was greeted and sat immediately. Our waitress Taj, was phenomenal. Came over multiple times to check. Super sweet and knowledgeable. Manager came by twice to check up on us. Extremely attentive. You don’t come across this service anymore. Food was okay but 10/10 experience. We devoured the guacamole and chips. Worth dying for. Wished it was a little more spicy THANK YOU! We’ll be back!

Way to busy and chaotic to be enjoyable. Preferred to be at the bar, but it was full, so I got squeezed into a tiny table into the dining room. Ordered a beer hoping to relax while deciding what I wanted, but the drink orders were backed up so it arrived after my food arrived. When my food arrived, it was almost warm, so there's that, anyway.
