Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

This is by far the best Red Robin in the valley. For whatever reason, the food at this location is 11/10. The MadLove Burger was amazing, the best I’ve ever had at Red Robin. Onion rings, garlic fries, endless Caesar salad and rootbeer floats, what else could you want?! We arrived at 8:30pm on a weekday and still had great service the whole time. Nothing but good things to say for this location and their crew.

When we first arrived, we waited about 10 minutes without being greeted and were literally about to get up and leave. Our server then came over and apologized, saying she hadn’t noticed we were there. From that moment on, the service completely turned around. She was incredibly attentive and quick with everything, and our drinks and food came out very fast. The manager even brought our food out personally and gave us a discount for the inconvenience, which we really appreciated. You could tell they genuinely cared about making things right. We’re really glad we decided to stay because the experience ended up being great!

Riley was a fantastic server! I enjoyed laughing and chatting with him and he was very attentive. Food was pretty good too, we enjoyed getting a free appetizer with the rewards. We came when it wasn't super busy so it was easy to hold conversations and such.

A good Red Robin location. I got the bbq style burger and they did a good job with it. They were busy but wait staff was still consistent in checking in with us. They made a mistake on my friends burger and pushed it to the kitchen quick allowing him to get it not too long after which was much appreciated as were the complementary fries they gave us. Overall a good dining experience.

Went at lunch time and got seated right away. Server was great and good food for the price. Always love the bottomless fries. Asked for fries right when we ordered drinks. Only mark down would be bathroom, totally not clean and smelled bad.
