Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Very mid compared to how it used to be to be unfortunately. Cold fries & both burgers were barely warm. Burgers have also gotten smaller. Definitely not worth $18+ They were also not busy at all, there were 2 other people in the entire restaurant Sadly I won’t be returning.

We were seated very quickly. They asked what drinks we wanted and those came at a decent pace. The fries are amazing and I loved the sauces that came with the fries! However, we had to wait a while for our food. I ordered the sunset drink and the Hot Honey Chicken sandwich. The drink was really good but the sandwich was not. It tasted like they just straight up squirted honey on it and called it a day (and it looked like it too.)They added jalapeños at the bottom which was fine but definitely NOT how it should be made. This was my first time ever at a Red Robin so I'll give it another chance. I hope you guys change your recipe for the sandwich to make it better.

Service is excellent! They brought free fries out right away. We ordered chicken sandwiches which were a little in the dry side. Overall everything was great!

Had dinner here, the food and service were excellent. The atmosphere was good but the carpet needs a good cleaning. Not that its disgusting but just has a slight old restaurant smell. The smell wouldn't be a deterrent in my book however. 🤠

Previous visits were fine, but last night was terrible. The hostesses were confused about which of them was seating us, our server disappeared and I waited 20 mins before asking someone to take our order. Our server came back eventually, but every time she left to get us something she took at least ten minutes to come back. We were there for over 1.5hrs, just frustrated. The fries were cold and dry, so we asked for more, and got fries that were warm and dry - not worth eating.
