We dropped by here in the morning to get a birthday cake and it was not that busy yet. The 2 staff were very friendly and accommodating. We always get the mango cake, it's their best seller, not too sweet and our family loves that cake flavor. We also like the ube macapuno but it's a but sweeter than the mango. We also their family size palabok. I think Red Ribbon has really good palabok. The staff also informed us of the buy 5 get 1 for the empanadas and we got that too. Clean location and well stocked.

Red Ribbon is incredibly lucky to have her—she welcomes everyone with a genuine smile and real empathy. She goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued, and the store is much brighter with her there. Red Ribbon should hire more people like her. I truly appreciate her service. I hope red ribbon can fix their online order system.

I placed an online order, but unfortunately, it did not go through on time due to an issue with your system. When I arrived at the store, the kitchen was already closed, and cleaning was underway. Despite this, their team graciously reopened the kitchen and prepared my order. This level of dedication and customer care is truly commendable and goes above and beyond what I expected.
