Plaza Donuts

Love this donut shop, it's employees are an absolute delight, efficient and fast. The donuts here are to die for and the apple fritters have actual apple in them!! Everything here has been delicious and I look forward to the weekend to treat myself to these wonderful donuts!

Plaza Donuts always deals up a double dozen of delightful deliciousness. 🍩 Whenever we come to San Diego, we always stop by. The donuts are always fresh, coffee's always good, service always welcoming.

Definitely my to go spot for a good donut and ice cream cone, the ice cream texture reminded me of my childhood when the ice cream truck will drive by my street, literally taste the same. The waffle cone and ice cream scoops are a fair size which I prefer personally over the giant waffle cones with huge scoops in other ice cream shops. I recommend the donut holes, the donuts are good but the donut holes are better. It has space inside to sit and enjoy if you have family and kids, it is a very welcoming place. Can’t wait to go again.

Today we experienced Plaza Donuts fir the first time and love this. The ladies working are so nice and friendly, I think we would come back just for them. Their donut cases at the counter are fully stocked with beautiful donuts and croissants. We ordered a ham, egg and cheese on croissant and a ham bacon egg and cheese on croissant. These sandwiches are huge so we ate half and we are saving the other halves for tomorrow. We were so excited that we forgot to take a photo of the sandwiches before we started eating. Very good sandwiches. We ordered a half dozen donuts and these are fresh and delicious. The dining area has room for 16 people to sit. This is an excellent donut restaurant to visit and is now a staple for us on our visits to San Diego.

I buy pastries from here two to three times a month, its that small amount because I tend to stock up. My pastries are always fresh and the staff is very nice and sweet. Thank you Plaza donuts for my every morning delight. See you soon. Margaret
