The house special was definitely the must eat. Meat was tender and fall-off the bone. Broth was flavorful. Did not even need additional seasoning. Noodles were fresh and soft. Staff here were earnest and sincere. It's busy so understand you might share a table, might wait a bit, but it's worth it! Atmosphere is feels like a mom and pop pho place that is clean and new but with a touch of hole in a wall pho place. 100% will go back.

Phenomenal in National City lives up to its name. The vibe is lively and there is always a line, which is a good sign. The space is bright with floor to ceiling windows and plenty of natural light.
