Red Lobster

The food was pretty good. I got the ultimate feast and the broccoli was brown. Also, the cluster of crab legs was unimpressive. However, the flavor was good. Our server, Abby, was EXCELLENT! She was attentive, personable, and friendly. I will request her when I come back.

Great meal. Ultimate feast for me and Atlantic salmon for my lovely. Great meal. I wish I could add a 6th star for service. We’ve had the pleasure of being at one of Travis’ tables before. There is no one better. Seriously, no one!

I will consistently be a customer because of the service Travis offers! He is personable, hospitable, kind and charismatic. These are all necessary components in great wait staff; he truly needs to be in a larger regional training role. His exceptional service (and the kitchen’s work on the Crabby Stuffed Mushrooms) keep me coming back to this location. 🥰

The staff at this red lobster on McKnight Road is fantastic. The manager Nick is so kind greets his customers. And make sure they have everything they need, help staff when they need it and it’s a prime example of what a manager should be. Our server Todd was fantastic checked on us often made sure our food was hot and into our liking and checked if we needed anything else he is truly what a server should be.

A co-worker and I decided to go to Red Lobster one day after work. We went to the McKnight Road location. We received five star quality service. Mr. Travis was absolutely amazing. I admired how he interacted with his customers. He makes his customers feel special. It's almost as if he's personalizing service in a professional way. I highly recommend this location. Remember ask for Travis, He doesn't disappoint. The food was amazing. My co-worker and I ate leftovers at work the next day. We felt like we had a love affair with Red Lobster as we left our husbands at home. Lol
