Best dum biryani in all of Pittsburgh. Not a single dish that we had disappointed. Tandoori dish was perfect too! Take out or dine in, this place is consistently putting out great food. You have a new regular.
Had been there with my friends last night. Had some good Tandoor food after long. lamb burra was my favorite of all. was so tender. would go back again forsho.
This place transports me back to India and that one restaurant in town that’s unassuming but serves the best food in the city and only locals know about. Everything we tried was amazing … so delicately spiced and we could taste the quality of ingredients. Chicken Hariyali Tikka, Lamb Seekh and the chicken Biriyani were all on point. Meat quality was good. Chutneys were flavorful. Just an all round superb restaurant. Will definitely be back to try more of their menu! I only hope they retain their quality.
Our first visit (by a couple) to this newly opened restaurant really wowed us. We had a pair of entrees and a dessert. Value and portion sizes were very fair. Whole spices were used throughout - no shortcuts here. Service was friendly and attentive, without being overly so. Lamb biryani came with richly spiced and aromatic rice; the meat itself was well marinated and cooked to a delicate tenderness. Vegetable korma featured a good variety of veges in a mildly spiced sauce enriched with cashew butter, served with perfectly cooked basmati rice. For dessert, Kesar Ras Malai, until now unknown to us, was sublime. As for the environment, I regret their use of automatic fragrance atomizers, programmed to activate at intervals, something more appropriate in a restroom. And losing the vinyl tablec
Excellent food. I got the paneer Korma in mild. They made it mild spice as asked but still very flavorful so the dish didn't feel flat...tasted like the spices were fresh. Texture of the Korma was perfect and paneer is the best ive ever had!
