Red Lobster

Food was terrible. Service was slow. Atmosphere outdated. I ordered surf and turf with a crab legs side. The surf didn't look or taste real. Spongy and greasy some how. Nasty. The turf: under cooked and chewy. Not seasoned. Just bad. Crabs legs on ozembic and dry. Omg. The Cajun butter looked like swap water with sediment coagulated in the middle bottom of the bowl. Biscuits, brussel sprouts, and baked potato were pretty good but I left hungry. Waited 25-30 mins for my drink. Never again. It was bad. We left hungry. The cocktail was good despite the wait. The manager was nice and didn't charge us for the entrees. My husband's sirloin was overcooked. We shared the brussel sprouts that weren't burnt

Just door dash $70 worth of food. The fish and hush puppies were burnt to a crisp, the calamari was undercooked (saggy) I had to air fry it and it wasn’t edible. Spoke with the manager who told me I had to contact DoorDash as if they cooked it. Smh Update, the response from Red Lobster is a front. I responded to their request via their FB page and I have not heard a peep back from them. They asked you to send them a copy of the receipt, I did that on the red lobster FB page and nothing happened, just dead air. I will never eat there again.

Our server Tamika was outstanding. I came in to celebrate my best friends birthday and she went out of her way to make it a special evening. She went as far as writing Happy Birthday on the dessert plate and brought a group of ladies to sing happy birthday. She served us with a smile. We truly appreciated her attentiveness.

I had the lobster and when I took my first bite it sat me back in my seat in delight. It was so long since I had lobster and I was pleased with the restaurant for cooking it to perfection. The entire family enjoyed their meal and there was no complaints. The staff was very friendly and down to earth. Over all I would give it a double thumbs up.

Love to come for the awesome service and weekday deals! That’s what keeps me coming back. Jennifer was the bartender and she did a wonderful job.
