Really Goood. .. from scratch-good food. I went for the Italian pop up menu, Chef Yardley is a modest gem. Stephen took great care of us and even reminded us about the particulars of the plates we ordered when they arrived . From the Whole Roasted Bronzino to the House Made Pasta and Fresh Burrata cheese every bite was an indulgence in fresh wholesome food. Hiji the bar manager cooked up some amazing cocktails and the craft beer selection tho small is definitely the best I’ve had in this area. Only complaint is the guy in the collage yelling at me while I ate !! A must try for food while visiting Cocoa Beach.

TASTING MENU Raw crudo It’s unfair to liken the raw crudo to a homemade tater tot, but it bears a resemblance in texture and flavor. The fish is insanely fresh and it sits atop an airy potato pancake. Heirloom tomato salad Silky burratta and tomatoes drown in a soup of black garlic consommé. It’s delicious. Spinach fettuccine Another flavor explosion. I cannot believe my tastebuds right now. This dish owes some of its heartiness to the butter. So much butter. Shaved fennel sets it off. Shrimp and grits The whole head-on shrimp, mascarpone grits and some sautéed leeks are drizzled with a somewhat spicy Bloody Mary concoction. Charred pork chop Lawd! Ben was a 10/10 bartender!!! Paris was great as well. This place was a total vibe. I wish I was a local because I would be here every weekend. The pork chop and Brussels sprouts were AMAZING

Rebellion is about defiance. Love it! Be a Rebel here. 3:30 HH followed by a fabulous dinner menu into the evening beginning at 5pm. Anne at the bar was super and the HH smash burger and Martini 🍸 hit the spot. Also hit the Rebellion Wine Bar in Downtown Cocoa Beach. They have THC drinks for alt alc vibe. Thanks for what you do! Well we had our best meal ! After what seemed to be a bad streak eating out lately , that all changed . We did the tasting menu , not only were each dish perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of “salt “ thank you chef for actually using it to enhance flavors ! Couldn’t be more happy ! Can’t wait to come back and try more !
