Ray's Tavern

Typical small town bar, but the food is very good. Many reviews recommend their great burgers. After trying them I must agree ! Good beer selection but bring your ID since they card everyone. Google Maps says they are closed on Sunday but in fact they are open. As you can see in the picture of Super Bowl Sunday at the bar. If you are passing by, give them a try.

Delicious hamburgers! The fries were also good. The staff and the service were excellent. All of the staff that we came in contact with were super friendly and nice. The atmosphere was very relaxing and well decorated. Plenty of parking along the side streets. Easy to navigate to and from.

A friend recommended this place and it was so good we ate here again on our way back from Moab. The service was good as we were greeted upon entering and seated quickly. Good bar atmosphere and not loud at all. The cheeseburger, chicken teriyaki, and pork chop were all good. Definitely try the fry sauce if you’ve never had.

Service was excellent but teriyaki chicken appeared to be lemon pepper so we asked for some teriyaki sauce and it was soy sauce in a cup. The salad was great and fresh, the fries were also good but would not recommend the chicken.

Atmosphere definitely has the 5-star dive bar local feel which is nice. Service is subjective however definitely not friendly if you’re not ordering anything substantial off the menu. The children serving the customers would prefer to interact with locals and welcome the locals. The children serving customers have a real difficult time communicating with people who are just passing through. I do find it hard to believe that the local community actually supports and keeps this restaurant open. I also find it hard to believe that this local pub won Utah’s best in 2021. Lastly, when your customer orders a side of fries and all you serve leftover crumbs you get a 1-star. It was great to give this place a try once. Once is enough.
